Head of Sales & Growth 

We are looking for a new Head of Sales & Growth to join our team and work hand in hand with the CEO across the full sales cycle, build our sales engine and close new SME and enterprise deals.

Salary: £70 - 80k base/ 150k+ OTE + uncapped commission

The Role

  • This role is 75% a sales & partnerships role and 25% an “everything else growth” role. You’ll be working with the co-founders to scale our sales from founder-led to systematic, taking advantage of partnership and growth opportunities as they present themselves. 
  • There is unlimited headroom and a path to grow into VP Sales or CRO, and we are looking for someone who is excited by big challenges and playing a critical role in scaling a category-defining technology. 
  • Our sales range from complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales within massive organisations to smaller, fast-moving deals with SMEs. You need to be flexible and experienced enough to manage both. 
  • This requires creative and entrepreneurial lead generation across a range of industries, helping to build a successful lead generation engine before hiring someone to hand it over to. 
  • You will need to be analytical and commercial, thinking about land & expand strategies & risk sharing structures with major clients. 
  • Opportunity to launch new markets & verticals as we grow beyond the UK and our first core ICP. 

About you

  • You have experience selling complex, large, deals to an educated end customer and have the intellectual curiosity to quickly get up to speed on new industries and the nuances of their challenges. 
  • You are comfortable owning the whole sales process and have proven you can deliver and exceed targets everywhere from lead gen to closing. 
  • You’ve thrived in a fast-moving startup environment before, are adept at prioritising shifting workloads and responsibilities and are very comfortable with uncertainty.
  • You have hussle & creativity, you don’t take no for an answer, and want to dig into why something is working or not working. You have an experiment-driven mindset and maybe even have worked in an environment that runs growth experiments before. 
  • Finally we want someone who is passionate about good health and improving people’s lives. 

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience selling to large enterprises or frontline workers / safety critical industries 
  • An understanding of the healthcare and private medical insurance industries
